This role is responsible for supporting the Partnership Marketing team with new and existing partners that align with Topgolf’s strategic brand goals – drive traffic, awareness, and attachment. As the Sr. Specialist Brand Partnership Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives and assets related to Topgolf's partnerships. This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating marketing activities, managing and building meaningful relationships with partners, and ensuring the successful activation of partnership agreements
- Work Directly with partner stakeholders to execute partnership assets and deliverables.
- Support Partnerships Marketing team on key initiatives and programs (Examples: building external recap decks, managing digital media requests, managing partner activation calendars, supporting partner events and activations, etc.)
- Primary point of contact for assigned partner relationships. Will also be a primary contributor as part of partnership account team to service larger partnership relationships.
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment flawless execution of partner campaigns, promotions, programs, etc.
- Consistently track performance of all marketing initiatives against key metrics, develop comprehensive reports and make insights-based recommendations for future activity
- Additional functions include brainstorms, project timeline management, research, compiling campaign recaps, reports, and other needs of the larger Partnership team.
- 3 years of experience managing partnership relationships for a sports property, team, or marketing agency.
- 3 years of experience understanding partnership contracts and executing contractual assets in agreement.
- 3 years of experience supporting and executing marketing activations and events.
- 2 years of project management experience managing highly visible marketing projects across an organization.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
